FROM THE PRESIDENT
The Texas Assessment Conference is almost upon us!
I hope you're all planning your trip to come see us here in Austin next week - we are excited to see you!
The Texas Assessment Conference program is now posted online and you can access it here.
I know that the online registration has closed - but if you haven't registered yet, you can still register onsite - it is really a valuable conference for assessment and accountability staff members in every district.
As we do every year, we will also have the annual TSNAP Luncheon - it will be an exciting luncheon this year! Not only will you be getting rid of me, but we will also have Dr. Penny Schwinn, Deputy Commissioner of Academics joining us to give a current "State of the Student Assessment Division" presentation! Registration has closed for this and the catering orders have been placed. If you haven't already purchased a ticket, we will have an extremely limited number of tickets to purchase at the TSNAP booth at the $45 price - once those are gone, that will be it - and you must have a ticket to enter.
Shipments of manuals are starting to arrive, trainings are happening in districts all across the state, and the Texas Assessment Conference is coming up - it's officially Testing Season in Texas!
The Texas Assessment Conference will be coming up February 19-22, here in Austin - online registration is closed, but you can still register onsite.
As always, if there's ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to let me know!
Chris Cordell - TSNAP President
